UX Design

In this role, you will translate built environment concepts into user experiences and interactions across a range of digital touchpoints. You will create and manage digital design assets shared via communications channels and platforms including website, digital publications and social media. Working with communications colleagues and project owners, you will help to create engaging and effective narratives and user experiences, supported by visual designs that are consistent with brand guidelines and identity.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive and visually engaging digital creatives for web and mobile applications such as multimedia infographics, animation/gifs, videos and web display banners.
  • Develop high-level and/or detailed mock-ups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Collaborate with developers to conceptualise and execute high quality designs and projects.
  • Assist in driving traffic using a range of SEO tools and techniques.
  • Develop systematic libraries of reusable UI elements and layouts that support feature development.
  • Incorporate user research and analytics into design decisions, combining qualitative and quantitative data to create meaningful and relevant user experiences.
  • Offer creative direction and alternatives to existing designs.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining websites, intranet sites and email marketing campaigns.
Graphic Design

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the design and production of all online and offline marketing, branding and communications materials.
  • Conceptualise and produce all in-house creative deliverables including but not limited to PowerPoint presentation decks; brochures; project tender documents and submissions; infographics, digital assets (UX), videos (including drone), photography and event materials, etc.
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
  • Ensure all graphics, designs and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Conceptualise and develop creative campaigns assets across digital and social media including but not limited to the company website and webpages; LinkedIn; Facebook; YouTube, and WordPress.
  • Deliver compelling and impactful graphics and creative output for various audiences and markets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, fine arts, and multi-media content production or related fields is a plus.
  • Diploma in Multimedia Design or equivalent.
  • A passion for design in all forms with a keen eye for aesthetics and details; a solid portfolio of illustrations or other graphic designs.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the areas of creative commercial design, web design and/or online advertising design.
  • Well-versed with design software and technologies such as Adobe CC: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro, and Microsoft Office PowerPoint.
  • Experience in front-end languages including HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in the latest software and applications to design and develop digital solutions such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Elementor, Dreamweaver and Muse.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Fluency in Sharepoint design, development and content management.
  • Good knowledge of current UX and web design trends and techniques and have a strong online portfolio displaying user-centred design.
  • Video production and editing expertise and experience will be highly beneficial.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as a team player.
  • Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented and organised; quick learner and self-starter.
