What the role is:We are looking for a workplace manager to apply user-centered innovation and design thinking to create office spaces and experiences that meet the needs and expectations of our tenants and visitors. You will be responsible for developing baseline requirements that follow the latest workplace trends and best practices.What you will be working on:1. Explore and define user requirements, preferences, and pain points for office spaces and experiences 2. Use user-centered innovation and design thinking methods and tools to create user-friendly, functional, and aesthetically pleasing office spaces and experiences 3. Collaborate with internal and external partners, such as HR, IT, design agencies, and vendors, to deliver innovative and cost-effective workplace solutions 4. Evaluate and measure the impact and effectiveness of workplace initiatives and projects, and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement 5. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning among office users and stakeholders 6. Stay updated on the latest user-centered innovation and design thinking research, insights, and best practices for workplace innovation 7. Adopt and implement smart FM technology solutions, such as IoT sensors, smart energy management systems, and digital whiteboards, to enhance office performance, sustainability, and user satisfactionWhat we are looking for:Background in Project & Facilities Management or Building-related fields with at least 3 years of relevant experienceAbout JTC Corporation:Master planner.
