Job Description

What the role is:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Diploma and Post-Diploma Courses, including Work Study Programmes. This includes working with the Schools' course teams to engage and secure industry partners to establish training collaborations and to be their account manager. You will also source for both corporate and individual learners customers to perform business development and maintain relations across the entire Course value chain.
What you will be working on:
Programme Management

• Provide end-to-end administrative and logistics support for programme management.
• Handle student matters as Programme Overall-In-Charge.
• Advise students and the public on course and financial matters.
• Resolve non-routine problems in line with institutional and regulatory frameworks

Programme Partnerships

• Collaborate with the Schools to develop and renew courses aligned with industry needs.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in the planning and successful execution of programmes.
• Work with external partners (e.g. Universities or private/government agency) on course collaborations and strategic partnerships

Automation & Data Analytics

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making.
• Design and maintain RPA solutions to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and optimise workflows.
• Document process automation workflows, best practices, and standard operating procedures.

Events & Projects

• Support events (e.g. roadshows, career fairs, workshops, CET graduation ceremony)
• Contribute to cross-functional and inter-agency projects.
• Undertake special projects as assigned by the Polytechnic.

• General discipline, with at least 5 years of working experience.
• Analytical, meticulous and motivated.
• Strong problem-solving skills and project management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate to engage adult learners in lifelong learning.
• Proficient in Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of data analytics skills (Python, SQL) is a plus.
• Familiarity with data mining, process streamlining, workflow automation, and AI-driven automation is an advantage.
