Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES



Drive product launches and revamps by proposing product specifications, reviewing product materials, managing implementation timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Underwrite new business and review renewal cases in accordance to underwriting guidelines while providing support and guidance to junior underwriters as needed. Collaborate with the business development team to effectively manage and resolve escalated cases, supporting sales growth and nurturing strong relationships with our intermediaries. Plan and develop consumer marketing campaigns to support conversions; analyze past campaign results and market trends to recommend improvements and future strategies Evaluate existing processes, identify gaps and recommend solutions through critical thinking and analysis.

EDUCATION / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION



Degree of any discipline (Business and Economics majors preferred).

WORK EXPERIENCE & ANY SPECIFIC SKILLS SET REQUIRED



Min 5-7 years of product development and/or underwriting experience in Accident & Health insurance. Insurance licensing papers (BCP, PGI, COMMGI and HI) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) Strong communication skills, detail-oriented and driven * High level of accuracy in work and able to think critically
