If you have what it takes to build Singapore's digital future with us, we are looking for an Assistant Manager/Manager (Value Creation), Accreditation to join the Media, Innovation, Communications and Marketing Group!What the role is:The Media, Innovation, Communications & Marketing Group oversees the growth and development of the local Infocomm Media technology ecosystem. The Group comprises the Media Industry Cluster, Enterprise and Ecosystem Development Division, Innovation Division and Communications and Marketing Division.The IMDA Accreditation and Spark programmes seeks to nurture and grow promising Singapore-based digital technology companies of different growth stages. If you have the interests and passion for innovative and emerging digital technologies and can communicate with senior executives of high growth digital tech startups, we'd like to have a chat with you.You will be part of the Enterprise & Ecosystem Development, a dynamic team made up of independent and self-motivated individuals, that works closely with senior executives of digital tech startups to bring them into the Accreditation and Spark programme, perform due diligence on the company to assess their credentials, and support their growth journey through developing new local and international market opportunities that will eventually help them establish track records.You will also collaborate with both local and international industry partners, Government agencies and internal IMDA divisions to support the growth of these companies in the Accreditation and Spark programmes, with the aim to drive Singapore's digital transformation using best in class local-based technology solutions.You will be part of a dynamic team, which aims to:

• Drive the growth and development of promising Singapore-based digital technology companies through the IMDA Accreditation and Spark programmes, with a sole obsession in seeing our portfolio companies scale their growth.

What you will be working on:

• Manage internal and external communications of the programme to key stakeholders within the organisation, Government agencies and industry to build support and momentum for the programme.
• Build relationships with and monitor the growth of high growth companies within the portfolio to identify and recommend potential new sales strategies, new tools and programme (such as talent programmes), as well as strategic partnerships to accelerate their growth.
• Establish and maintain rapport with lead enterprises across sectors and geographies to identify and create opportunities for partnership with our portfolio of high growth companies.
• Identify and build partnerships with suitable industry players to create scalable go-to-market platforms for our portfolio companies.
• Create, plan and execute a series of innovation workshops, masterclasses and events to facilitate engagements between high growth companies in our portfolio and enterprises, to foster partnerships and create opportunities.
• Be responsible for tracking and delivering key metrics of success for the team's value creation efforts, as well as constantly reviewing and pivoting these metrics when required.
• Provide regular progress updates to demonstrate the value and results generated for our portfolio companies arising from the team's value creation efforts.
• Work with cross-function teams with the Accreditation programme to provide proactive feedback and inputs, to ensure evaluation are performed to high standards.

What we are looking for:

• Minimally 2 years of business development, key accounts management, channel development or project management experience in ICT industry
• Strong technical knowledge and/or domain expertise in forefront technology areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity and IoT
• Commercial experience in a diverse portfolio of technology products
• Experience in business consulting would be advantageous
• Self-motivated individual with high degree of personal initiative, flexibility and positive attitude to adapt to the accreditation's dynamic scope of activities
• High EQ with the ability to effectively interact with key stakeholders, CXOs to be able to influence decisions and engage in strategic discussions
• Proven track record of deal making with partners and customers
• Plugged into the ICT tech, start-up and/or R&D ecosystem in Singapore
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Commercially-savvy
