Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Strategic Partnerships Manager to join the ATxSummit team. This role will be central to building and managing high-value relationships with corporations, government agencies, industry associations, and ecosystem partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and delivering value through collaboration.
[What you will be working on]
Responsibilities

• Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and secure strategic partners and sponsors across priority sectors (technology, finance, policy, sustainability, innovation).
• Relationship Management: Serve as the main liaison for key partners, ensuring strong and enduring relationships through regular engagement and value delivery. Work across teams to maintain the partner database.
• Proposal & Negotiation: Develop partnership proposals, negotiate agreements, and ensure alignment with the Summit's strategic objectives.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and operations teams to integrate partner objectives into programming, communications, and onsite experiences.
• Work with partners to plan and execute their activities as part of Asia Tech x Summit
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and policy developments to identify new opportunities for strategic collaboration.
• Impact Reporting: Track, evaluate, and report on partnership outcomes, ensuring partners clearly see the value of their engagement with the Summit.

[What we are looking for]
Requirements

• Background in Business, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or stakeholder engagement, ideally within events, technology, or international organisations.
• Proven ability to cultivate and maintain C-level and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in managing sponsorships or partnerships within large-scale conferences/events is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong network in the technology, government, or international business ecosystem in Asia is a plus.
