Assistant Manager/manager (billing & Collection)

What you will be working on:
As part of our Billing & Collection team, you play a crucial role in managing the billing/ receipting operations to ensure proper management of JTC's customer accounts. You will get to embark on a journey to improve the efficiencies and controls of Finance procedure. You will : Manage an accounts receivable team Ensure compliance to financial regulations, guidelines and accounting standards Conduct process review and implement process improvement initiatives Interact closely with our business units to provide financial advices to facilitate business decision making
What we are looking for:
- Background in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications, with at least 3-4 years of relevant working experience in financial operations, process improvements and data analytics Strong data analytic skills and is familiar with SAP Versatile and can respond flexibly to rapidly changing situations or requirements Team player with good interpersonal, presentation, communication skills, be it written or spoken language 1-2 years of supervisory experience will be preferred
