We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager/Manager to join our Corporate Administration team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support for their assigned portfolios under the Corporate Admin group to ensure the smooth operations of the institute.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of SIFBI IRB-regulated studies and Human Biomedical Research, including study applications, amendments, reports, study file archivals and biological sample inventories.
Provide comprehensive support for ERM activities, including secretarial duties, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
Assist with staff training initiatives, handling local training requests, and monitoring the training budget.
Assist in the management of staff, non-staff, student and scholars portfolios and activities.
Assist in on/offboarding matters, including issuance of security passes.
Assist in general management and upkeep of the office and pantry areas.
Contribute to the planning and execution of organizational events.
Develop and review SOPs, workflows, and act as a liaison between researchers and headquarter departments.
Ensure seamless operation across portfolios by maintaining databases, records, and generating reports.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies through conducting internal audits and facilitating external audits.
Other ad-hoc activities as assigned.
Qualification & Field of Study
At least 1-2 years of experience in managing/reviewing studies requiring approval by an institutional review board.
Degree in Life Sciences, Food Science, Human Nutrition or science related field will be advantageous.
