Job Description


We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented individual to spearhead IT initiatives and deliver IT operations excellence for our organisation. The candidate will be mainly responsible for planning, requirements analysis, technical assessment, project management, solution deployment, operation management of Finance and Corporate IT solutions that include, amongst others, Finance ERP System spanning Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Planning and Budgeting, etc, as well as SharePoint and low code platform.

The candidate will be expected to perform the following roles & responsibilities: \xe2\x80\x8b

  • Assist in strategising and developing system roadmap & implementation plans.
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, re-engineer, develop and implement solutions.
  • Work closely with various business stakeholders, both internal and external, to develop business cases for projects considering aspects such as return on investments and employee experience etc.
  • Work closely with the appointed parties as an internal solution architect, to clarify business requirements, map them to system capabilities and convert business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
  • Work with internal technical teams and vendors to propose overall technical solutions and key performance indicators to measure success.
  • Perform proper project and change management to ensure delivered solutions meet technical, functional, performance and business requirements.
  • Lead and manage the operations, maintenance, compliance and renewal of our Finance and Corporate IT systems. Candidates who are cognizant with industry best practices are preferred.
  • Perform, review and enhance business and IT processes as part of the continuous improvement effort.
Requirements
  • An accredited degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline\xe2\x80\x8b.
  • Have at least 5 years of working experience in the related technical domains and industry. Candidates who possess Finance Systems IT knowledge, SharePoint and Power Platform experience will be preferred. Candidates with cybersecurity knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, project management and communications skills, and self-motivated\xe2\x80\x8b, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of business processes with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Good knowledge and working experience of at least one ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, WorkDay etc.
  • Proficient in new digital trends such as AI & ML, low code platforms such as UiPath, MS Power Platform and Outsystems etc. will be advantageous.
  • Good communication, verbal, written and presentation skills to effectively describe and demonstrate proposed solutions to internal and external parties\xe2\x80\x8b.
  • Strong team spirit and sense of responsibility\xe2\x80\x8b.
  • The candidate shall be both a team player and leader who possesses strong interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\x8b
