Job Description

What the role is:You will be involved in the development of policies and streamlining of processes for incentives such as grants, partnerships and commissions, with the aim of maximising the impact and effectiveness of NAC's funding to the arts ecosystem.What you will be working on:Design, develop and implement funding policies (which includes review existing grant schemes and developing new funding schemes where required).Provide secretariat support in the streamlining of grant policies and processes.Track and manage funding databases, and relevant data analysis work.Coordination of grant assessment processes across departments.Grant administration, including providing relevant and timely advice and support to both internal and external stakeholders, as well as evaluating applications for grants, and ensure adherence to good governance and funding conditions.What we are looking for:Good degreeProject management/ Administrative experienceExperience in dealing with stakeholders and public queriesAdministrative capabilities (eg: Data entry, excel etc)Experience in handling data/databases preferredGood interpersonal and communication skillsApplicants who require work passes need not applyInterest applicants are to submit resume and one-page write-up on your interest and involvement in the arts.About National Arts Council:The National Arts Council champions the arts in Singapore.
