Job Description


  • Perform property market research (local & overseas)
  • Assist in formulating and executing divestment strategies and marketing efforts
  • Prepare investment/divestment papers, reports and budget
  • Perform feasibility studies and undertake financial modelling/ cash flow analysis (including returns analysis, residual land valuation and sensitivity analysis)
  • Liaise closely with internal colleagues and external parties such as lawyers, valuers, consultants, marketing agents and tenants etc.
  • Negotiate deals and contracts with prospective purchasers and marketing agents
  • Follow through legal documentation process for property transactions
  • Review property tax and analyse annual values to achieve tax savings
  • Support portfolio valuation by working closely with appointed valuers
  • Assist in other ad hoc matters, where required
Qualifications
  • Degree/ Diploma in Real Estate or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate-related fields preferred. Experience in investment sales, valuation will be an advantage.
  • Experience in regional property markets (e.g. Malaysia, China, Hong Kong) is an asset
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in spoken & written English
