Perform property market research (local & overseas)
Assist in formulating and executing divestment strategies and marketing efforts
Prepare investment/divestment papers, reports and budget
Perform feasibility studies and undertake financial modelling/ cash flow analysis (including returns analysis, residual land valuation and sensitivity analysis)
Liaise closely with internal colleagues and external parties such as lawyers, valuers, consultants, marketing agents and tenants etc.
Negotiate deals and contracts with prospective purchasers and marketing agents
Follow through legal documentation process for property transactions
Review property tax and analyse annual values to achieve tax savings
Support portfolio valuation by working closely with appointed valuers
Assist in other ad hoc matters, where required

Qualifications

Degree/ Diploma in Real Estate or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate-related fields preferred. Experience in investment sales, valuation will be an advantage.
Experience in regional property markets (e.g. Malaysia, China, Hong Kong) is an asset
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good team player and able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
Fluent in spoken & written English
