In addition, it runs a chain of dental clinics, and a family medicine clinic.
DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager/Manager, Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent shall assist the manager in driving operational excellence for day rehabilitation services at both Senior Care Centres and Nursing Homes. This includes ensuring that DRC HQ is in compliance with all regulatory, licensing, safety, and environmental requirements.

  • Lead and manage the operations team in ensuring the smooth delivery of clients\' onboarding process (B to B, B to C).
  • Plan, communicate and implement policies as well as ensure procedures meet operational excellence (Mediclaim, Giro Payment, Credit Card Tokenisation, and Cancellation Policies).
  • Manage and oversee the development of both existing and new centers in collaboration with health authorities and agencies. (equipment, licensing, and IT system [internal and external]).
  • Engage and ensure service delivery of contracted vendors and service providers to meet business and operational requirements.
  • Timely reporting and analysis of Operations Management KPIs (to consult Business Development Manager).
  • Manage budget planning and work with other departments to monitor expenses allocated.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Continuous Improvement Projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in any discipline
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, of which 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good coordination, interpersonal and people management skills
  • Good communication skills.



OTHER INFORMATION
Advantageous Skills
  • Practical knowledge of Allied Services\xe2\x80\x99 operations would be an advantage.
  • LEAN Six Sigma or equivalent Process Improvement experiences would be an advantage.
