What the role is:Finance and Facilities Division Description of Group: The Finance and Facilities Division (FFD) is responsible for the Ministry\'s financial matters, procurement management and general administration. FFD promotes proper stewardship of the Ministry\'s resources by applying best practices across its various functions. Brief Description of Job scope: We are looking for a pro-active and dynamic individual to join the Financial Management Team. Together with the Finance Desk heads, you will be providing support to individual Divisions in the areas of budgeting, collection, payment, accounting, as well as financial reporting. You will be required to prepare returns for submissions to the relevant authorities, assist in tracking and updating of fixed asset, perform transactions and adjustments for financial year-end closing, tracking of development projects.
