Responsibilities * Part of the Architecture/Design Management Team * Manage Design Consultants through submission into construction * Review architecture, interiors, landscape submissions * Manage authority compliance and submission proce Responsibilities Part of the Architecture/Design Management Team Manage Design Consultants through submission into construction Review architecture, interiors, landscape submissions Manage authority compliance and submission process Manage design coordination amongst internal Business Units and Consultants Ensure Projects is within budgetary requirements Manage design and submission timelines and schedules Review and correct consultant submissions Requirements Professional Degree in Architecture Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience with focus on complex brownfield A&A Experience with Hospitality Architecture and ID and implementation Minimum 1-2 years in developer setting as Design/Project Manager BOA registered preferred Proficient in AutoCAD/ Revit /SketchUp/ MS Project
