Assist Head of Corporate Business & Development to establish strong business development opportunities in the healthcare sector and lead marketing initiatives to drive Orange Valley\xe2\x80\x99s business and growth plans. Your responsibilities would include 2 key components:
1) Business Development
- Develop and maintain good networks and relationships with physicians, industry players, support groups, key opinion leaders etc to attract private-paying residents into Orange Valley and support overall business strategy
- Collaborate with the operations team on the fulfilment of targets set for the various revenue
streams including bed census, private-subsidized bed mix, value-added services etc
- Scan the market to identify potential business opportunities and formulate corresponding business plans, proposed market positioning and financial projections
2) Marketing
- Develop and drive Orange Valley\xe2\x80\x99s digital marketing strategy on relevant social media platforms to drive engagement, generate leads and create a steady flow of outbound communications consistent with Orange Valley\xe2\x80\x99s branding
- Assist in developing digital-first, socially centric content for social media channels and corporate websites to gauge effectiveness of our communication strategy
- Integrate the company\xe2\x80\x99s brand and communications strategy across earned, owned, and paid channels to enhance reputation, strengthen value proposition, and increase share of voice through effective public relations strategies
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor\'s degree, Marketing/Mass Communications or any equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in digital marketing and business development
- Experience in establishing partnerships and selling healthcare services in the healthcare sector
- Good knowledge and understanding of the care service sector and regulations.
- Strong networking, presentation and negotiation skills
