National Gallery Singapore is a leading visual arts institution which oversees the world\xe2\x80\x99s largest public collection of Singapore and Southeast Asian modern art. Situated at the birthplace of modern Singapore, in the heart of the Civic District, the Gallery is housed in two national monuments - City Hall and former Supreme Court - that have been beautifully restored and transformed into this exciting 64,000 square metre venue. DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager/Manager (Procurement)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily procurement operations & handle queries from stakeholders.
• Oversee Procure-to-Pay system such as account creation/ deletion.
• Manage & update compliance and governance polices, standard operating procedures (SOP) and documentation.
• Manage yearly audit review and documentation.
• Manage & attend meetings with stakeholders.
• Review procurement documents and ensure compliance with policies and SOP.
• Review, coordinate and implement change initiatives for continuous improvement of current procurement procedures/ workflow and systems.
• Other ad hoc projects assigned.

• Tertiary qualification from a reputable university in procurement and supply management or equivalent.
• At least three years of relevant experience in procurement. Experience in government procurement & procure-to-pay system is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook. Proficiency in PivotTable is an added advantage.
• Meticulous, driven, analytical, self-motivated and resourceful, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
