Job Description


What the role is:The Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) serves as the regulatory and developmental agency for the early childhood sector in Singapore, overseeing key aspects of children\'s development below the age of 7, across both kindergartens and child care centres. The Sector Funding Branch administers supply-side funding schemes for preschool operators to increase access to quality and affordable early childhood care and education. We also ensure preschool market changes and consolidation take place with minimal disruption and impact to parents and children.What you will be working on:We are looking for a team player to join us. You will play a key role in managing tenancies with preschool operators. You will need to be meticulous to ensure accurate processing of e-invoices and payments. You would also have excellent communication skills to work closely with various stakeholders including preschool operators, ECDA departments and other government agencies to ensure timely proecssing. You will be given opportunities to transform and streamline existing work processes with the use of data and technology. Specifically, you will undertake (including but not limited to) the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Review operational policies, workflows and standard operating procesures to refine and improve the administration of tenancies with preschool operators. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the end-to-end processes of tenancy management including: o Prepare contractual agreements (e.g. tenancy agreements) o Manage budget and utilisation o Prepare monthly billing and process payments for the tenancies \xe2\x80\xa2 Explore and propose solutions to digitalise and optimize the tenancy management processes including billing and paymentsWhat we are looking for:- Tertiary qualification in any discipline.
