- Location: Jurong East MRT
- Salary: $3000 - $7200 (Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager/ Manager)
- Work Type: Permanent full time
- Manage customer leases and provide support to our customers\' operations
- Fostering partnerships with our customers, building win-win relationships
- Conducting research to understand industry needs
- Tenancy management, formulating marketing strategies, conceptualising new products, buildings and engaging communities, budgeting and reviewing policies
- Overseeing and handling issues related to estate and property maintenance.
- Singaporean Only
- Minimum Degree in in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Engineering or Technology or its related disciplines
