We are searching for a motivated Assistant Manager in Airline Partnerships! You will be part of the Airline Partnerships team and will be the implementing projects with Interline partners, establishing policies and supporting in sales analysis. You will work closely with our Interline partners and various internal stakeholders to improve customers' connecting experience & unlock revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Implement and manage interline, partnerships and alliance strategies to support route growth and market development
Work with various internal and external stakeholders to implement policies, procedures, technical enhancements to support interline, partnerships and alliance sales
Management of emergent issues and queries from partners/internal stakeholders and recommend long term solutions where relevant
Manage portfolio of interline relationships to support network growth and market development
Analyse sales performance to improve interline passenger volume and revenue growth
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in tourism, business studies or management, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years' working experience
Self-starter and able to work independently without supervision
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Enjoys problem-solving
Ability to multitask
