Job responsibilities:
Engage internal/external stakeholders within the Primary Care sector on the development and administration of National Schemes
Manage a portfolio of 200-300 GP clinics and dental accounts through regular engagements on National Schemes and new initiatives
Support and assist GP and dental clinics to onboard National Schemes, including training of doctors, dentists and their staff
Plan, organise and host physical/virtual engagement events e.g focus groups/webinars/onsite visits
Assist with feedback management on ops and admin support related to National Schemes
Job Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Adaptable, resilient and able to work well in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Ability to multitask and work with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders
Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Any relevant experience in feedback management and complaint handling will be a plus
