Identify training trends and gaps in training of frontline officers, volunteers, Community Mental Health partners, etc
Engage partners and stakeholders to facilitate and review training to ensure quality of training and training providers by matching back to competency frameworks and assessment frameworks, overseeing the entire training process
Consolidate and keep an up-to-date repository of training courses to keep the sector updated
Oversee e-learning administration and engagement
Identify gaps, co-create and manage training resources to build up capability of partners
Provide guidance to relevant teams and other divisions in developing relevant training courses for persons with mental health conditions and their caregivers to support them in reintegration
Job Requirements
Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in developing training programmes and curriculum
Good communication and relation-building skills
Proactive, able to think out of the box
Good project management skills and event planning is an advantage
Good writing and presentation skills
Competent in MS Office Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Able to function in a fast paced environment to meet key deadlines
Familiar with online platforms such as Pigeonhole, Kahoot, Zoom, Rise360, FormsSG, Google Forms, Canva, Mentimeter is an advantage
Experience in adult learning and community care sector is an advantage.
