Work closely with the Satellite Office (SO)s Volunteer Management (VM) champions to build and sustain a healthy pool of competent Silver Generation Ambassadors (SGAs) and volunteers
Monitor and review the recruitment cycle of SGAs and volunteers
Monitor and plan the centralised recruitment of volunteers (eg. SGA/volunteers referral, Facebook etc.) to ensure a healthy ratio of staff to volunteers to seniors in order to achieve SGOs goals and objectives
Introduce volunteering program to public and private sectors to encourage volunteerism and also, as a CSR, with the aim of providing more avenues for volunteer recruitment
Support planning and execution various SGA rewards and recognition initiatives
Serve as HQ liaison and maintain regular communications with the SO VM champions on matters related to volunteer management, system and training
Consolidate feedback from SOs, SGAs and volunteers to identify and analyse needs in the community
Network Development
Implement strategies to create new volunteering opportunities through partnership with internal and external organisations.
Implement loyalty programmes to recognise the good work of the volunteers.
Implement formal/informal channels for volunteers to provide feedback on their participating volunteering program.
Job Requirements
Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of working experience preferably with knowledge and familiarity with the healthcare or social sectors
Analytical and organised, able to translate concepts into actionable goals
Confident in working with external stakeholders
Good in communication, both verbal and written
Meticulous, team player, resourceful and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
