The Role

Position Summary

Responsible for the coordination and execution of all marketing and communications activities of Dou Hua Restaurants Pte Ltd, including media relations, collateral production, advertising and promotional programmes, and events.

• Develop and produce advertising materials, marketing collaterals and all other required communication materials.
• Coordinate events, advertising and promotional programmes
• Coordinate and manage media and public interest to generate coverage and maintain awareness
• Handle and coordinate all media requests and enquiries in a timely manner
• Develop and create press materials like media releases, media FAQs, speeches, and presentations where required
• Media monitoring and tabulation

Relationship Management

• Reports to: Director of F&B
• Internal Contacts: Restaurant Managers, Information Technology department, Accounts department and Management team
• External Contacts: Advertising agencies, printers, journalists, business associates and guests

Talent Profile

Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications / Marketing / Arts

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent command of written and spoken English

Good command of written and spoken Mandarin an advantage

Knowledge of basic design software an advantage

Initiative, eye for details and a team player

Resourceful, flexible and responsive in dealing with people

Experience in collateral production, marketing and PR activities, and project management are an advantage
