Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager for an renowned Real Estate Investor and Manager with a significant presence in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the advertising and promotion (A&P) strategies for the mall. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with goals, ROI, and KPIs.
- Perform post-campaign analysis, track budgets, and provide monthly reports for internal assessment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure project success and promote mall activities.
- Establish strategic alliances to secure sponsorships, unique events, and public relations opportunities for the mall.
- Proactively initiate collaborations with tenants, encouraging participation in mall programs to boost sales.
- Monitor and manage expenses within the approved budget for effective financial control.
- Conduct post-promotional campaign reviews, analyzing shopper traffic and tenant GTO, and prepare monthly reports.
- Oversee the marketing of casual leasing to enhance mall revenue and increase shopper traffic. Additionally, manage social media platforms, integrate online activities with offline promotions, and monitor social channels for insights to enhance customer experience and branding. Maintain and update content on various digital and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with customer service initiatives and mall service standards. Actively participate in group campaigns and initiatives.

Key Requirements:
- A self-motivated professional with a strong passion for advertising, business, and marketing communications events.
- Diploma/Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience, Retail shopping mall experience will be advantageous, otherwise advertising agency environment.
- Experience in developing or executing campaigns or Social Media contents.
