• F&B Industry / Draft proposals for tenders and submission

We are food manufacturing, F&B management and catering companies in Singapore. We operate restaurants, provide institutional catering and large-scale event catering. This role required report to Senior Marketing Manager.

Job Specifications:

• To maximize profits through developing marketing and sales strategies that match customer requirements and promoting products, services or ideas.
• Responsible for all aspects of Marketing Communications of the organization, including maintenance of websites, mobile apps and social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram), media relations and press releases.
• Responsible for creating, developing and implementing Marketing plans.
• Manage the branding, communications, sales and distribution of the organization\'s products & services.
• Assist in proposals, tenders and submissions of new and existing projects.
• Plan, coordinate and handle all marketing and branding exercises, trade shows and major promotions.
• Responsible for the management of marketing budgets and the subsequent analysis of the resulting financial returns of the various marketing projects/campaigns.
• To review and implement the retail and food service marketing activities when required.
• To be involved in the development of new products.
• To identify business opportunities and to develop new business.
• To conduct market and field study when required.
• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• 4 - 5 years of work experience in relevant field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience managing a small team would be adding advantages.
• Advanced Diploma in Marketing/ Multimedia or related field.
• Able to draft proposals for tenders and submission.
• Experience in using Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
