Assistant Marketing Manager

to join our team and help elevate our brand across all platforms.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and in-store promotions, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to bring The Providore brand to life.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels Coordinate seasonal promotions, product launches, and outlet-level marketing activities Manage and grow The Providore's online presence, including website updates, email marketing, and social media Work with designers and content creators to develop engaging marketing materials Support partnerships, sponsorships, and media relations Track and analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports Liaise with retail and F&B operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives across outlets

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in F&B, retail, or lifestyle sectors Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.) Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously A passion for food, branding, and customer experience Photography, content creation, or design skills are a plus
