Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and execute digital strategy, working in tandem with agencies to optimize communication for owned media namely website and social.
- Manage and execute brand CSR strategy to reach out to the communities to drive awareness and engagement.
- Involved in consumer trends and explore opportunities to capitalize.
- Take charge of all campaign related activities from start to end which include ATL, BTL, Digital & Social and In-store collaterals.
- Lead and orchestrate various agencies to work together to achieve campaign KPIs; agencies include but not limited to ATL, social, BTL, packaging, premium suppliers, printers etc.
- Execute brand strategy development and new product development
- Conceptualise campaigns for product launches based on insights (market, consumer, sales analysis & competitor activities).
- Work with Channel team on sales forecast, pricing strategies, promotion plan and timeline related to new products.
- Retail implementation and key liaison to support Operations team for in-store marketing collaterals.
- Point of contact with vendors, agencies, printers, production houses and other communication partners
- Involved in A&P and P&L Management and responsible for overall A&P budget.
- Bachelor in Marketing, Business or any related discipline
- At least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in retail, Fmcg, brand and category management
- Able to manage P&L and possess excellent communication and written skill
