Job Description


Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and proactive Assistant Marketing Manager to support our marketing and business development efforts. The selected candidate will play a critical role in executing our marketing strategies, coordinating with various teams, and driving our business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce, update and maintain monthly/quarterly/annual marketing materials (e.g., fact sheet, fund manager commentary, fund flyer, presentation deck, video, podcast etc.) along with tactical/ ad-hoc client/distributor productions.
  • Manage updates to the company\'s website, including latest fund performance, news, articles, and other content as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for events and roadshows, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain our CRM software, ensuring data is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively managed for business needs.
  • Assist in producing content for social media channels, collaborating with the team to align on strategy and messaging.
  • Revamp existing marketing materials to ensure they are fresh, compelling, and align with brand standards.
  • Provide key market feedback by maintaining knowledge of key competitors\xe2\x80\x99 products and client/ intermediary requirements in order to recommend/ implement enhancements to product offerings
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to gather information necessary for executing tasks effectively.

Skills Required:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the asset management or financial services industry.
  • Creativity and willingness to implement new ideas within the constraints of a lean marketing budget
  • Quick learner - should be able to use tools like MS Word/MS Powerpoint / Bloomberg/Canva for producing marketing material
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and other marketing tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and understanding of social media strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of financial markets (particularly Indian markets) and investment products is highly desirable.
