Responsibilities:
- Oversee marketing strategy, new product launches and budget to strengthen and reposition the brand
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with creative and media agencies to meet business objectives
- Acquire and retain luxury customer database with customized and targeted events
- Keep the media informed and actively engaged
- Maintain the Lotus Showroom, merchandise and collaterals, ensuring it reflects the premium positioning of the brand
- Work closely within the small team, and handle anything and everything else as a standalone Marketing headcount
- Minimum Degree qualifications with 4-6 years of marketing experience in the high-end consumer or retail industry
- Keen to work in a fast-paced, startup environment that may be chaotic and stressful but also fulfilling and fun
- Familiar with the luxury segment and takes pride in being creative, hands-on and detailed
- Techy and familiar with emerging digital technologies (marketing and beyond) and the EV segment
- Excellent at multi-tasking, self-driven and results-oriented
- Possess a Class 3 driving licence
