The position is responsible for the effective management of our brand marketing and all public related matters of the company. The candidate is pivotal to the success of the branding, advertising and promotional plans, from development to execution of projects and initiatives. He/she will serve a vital role in integrating Marketing objectives and ensuring seamless digital delivery of all work, in a fast-paced food court and food stall environment. The candidate should have the ability to develop business objectives, online strategies, and have a good understanding of the competitive landscape. A strong passion in the marketing industry to deliver effective communication with the public is vital. He/she will also be responsible for research, content development, focused on long-term strategy, and thrives under tight deadlines and changing needs, establishing a good customer retention program, organizing information shared by and with the customer, and ensuring that company procedures are followed. Conceptualising and presenting a good proposal are also an important skill required. Responsibilities:
Report to the Business Manager
Actively work with Management to develop strategic brand marketing guidance and strategy in line with brand profile and positioning
Manage Marketing Calendar throughout the year in a proactive manner; strategize and maximize the impact of marketing and advertising campaigns.
Formulate effective marketing, brand and public relations campaigns, promotions and events to drive traffic to the outlets and brand visibility.
Identify the best mix of media channels to support marketing plan, to deliver correct advertising message to target audience.
Ideate PR and branding strategies and direction, conceptualize, establish and enforce the visual identity of Company\xe2\x80\x99s brands.
Activate joint promotions or collaborations with 3rd party suppliers and business partners for effective returns.
Develop copywriting materials & proofreading for PR efforts and marketing campaigns
Proposal conceptualisation and presentation of tenders
Work directly with the food and beverage ops teams on mechanics to drive covers and support revenue generation
Liaise and manage vendors, food partners, and external partners
Assist in outreaching and engaging corporate partners, community partners and the community
Any other duties as and when assigned by Director
Job Requirements:
Min Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication
Min 3-4 years relevant experience in marketing/marcom
Solid working experience in the related field of F&B or Retail and in managerial capacity will be an advantage.
Experience in Advertising and Promotions campaigns management and possess good PR skill sets for working communications, managing events and understanding the media landscape.
Able to multi task and work under pressure with tight deadlines to meet
Able to work alongside with different levels of management and as part of a team.
