Job Summary: Assists in formulating commercial strategies to achieve the business growth of the company. As part of the business process, you will help manage client relationships, identify opportunities for new contracts, analyze data and create reports to identify areas of business growth, bid on new projects and negotiate contract terms and assist in the management of clients and stakeholder relationships, contracts and significant issues.Duties and Responsibilities- Assist in developing and executing commercial strategies for the company- Attending telecom-related events to develop leads in the related industry- Identifying prospective customers and clients and extending our business contacts- Helps in forming strategies that will maintain the company's business relationship with our existing clients- Promote short term, mid-range, and long-term goals and tracks performance to ensure that all target sales and revenues will be met according to the timeline.- Assist in complying with proposal requirements to meet the client's satisfaction and acquire new project- Responsible in the assistance and resolution of direct and project operations, contracts, and commercial operations- Closely work with the department head, project managers, and other departments to make certain that certain requirements are met- Helps in monitoring the KPIs of the subordinates to develop the effectiveness and efficiency of the work output.- Perform other tasks or duties that may be assigned or required by the immediate head and the managementQualifications- A graduate of any 4-year business courses. (MBA is an advantage but not required)- Proven experience in the telecom construction industry- Has extensive contacts of clients in the related industry- Knowledge in market research methods, analysis and financial/budgeting processes- Experience in handling business and contract negotiations.- Communicates professionally and articulately, shows good entrepreneurship and is willing to learn and widen their industry knowledge.- Displays positive attitude and enthusiasm in their work.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:
