Main Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Buying * Analyze and define the product assortment according to the specificity of each South East Asia & Aus Main Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Buying Analyze and define the product assortment according to the specificity of each South East Asia & Australia markets Attend the seasonal buying sessions to ensure the right merchandise is purchased for the zone in the right quantity to achieve targeted sales projections and sell-throughs Support OTB Consolidate merchandise information and order details to share with stores after buying Support in the preparation of sales forecast co-ordinate on re-ordering of merchandise Merchandising, Product Training & Display Support the remerchandising review of store during new merchandise launch and season end sale Evaluate stock level to establish action plan Support in re-order and initiate stock rebalancing when necessary Analyze sales performance through sell-through analysis & propose action plan Support the preparation of training materials on Merchandise Work with regional VM on guidelines to visual merchandising and stores on display according to Italy guidelines / launch schedule / advertising & promotion program / image / sales and stock level Support retail pricing for the zone, in line with pricing policy and global positioning set by regional and headquarter Study competitors' pricing Commercial Follow-up Prepare weekly and monthly reports on comments about merchandises Follow up the development of quality and after sales services Conduct market research on customer behavior, market trend, competitors' price and product offer
