Job Title: Assistant Officer (IC) Salary: Up to $3000 Location: Tuas Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: 7.50am to 4.55pm Benefits: Company transport provided, Medical insurance and Dental coverage Job Responsibilities:
- Generate shipping documents, arrange & track shipments
- Coordinate with buyer/planner/supplier/forwarder/courier to ensure on time delivery of goods
- Process & verify forwarder invoices to Finance for payment
- Assist in troubleshooting and claims
- Monitor and review logistics costs & forwarder services to optimize transportation solution
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent
- Knowledge of import/export regulations will be an added advantage
- Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- WSQ Operate Forklift (Preferred)
