Job Description

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Assistant Officer (Maintenance):
Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance for preventive and corrective maintenance works on equipment.

• Endure that proper records of maintenance works are being kept in the section under charge
• Assist in the investigation of damage/accident and preparation of necessary report
• Liaise and follow-up with owners on matters relating to maintenance works
• Conduct patrol checks on maintenance works
• Co-ordinate with other departments(including Japan) on matters relating to maintenance works.
• Preparation, monitor and control of works procedure
• Preparation and control of technical check-sheets for maintenance works
• Report to superior on matters relating to the section
• Keep proper records and filling of works carried out.
• Control and study for reduction of breakdown ratio
• Preparation of necessary reports on relating maintenance works
• Ensure that maintenance work is being carried out
• Preparation of quotations for parts/renovation works
• Issue Job instructions for works
• Ensure compliance to the Environmental Policy, reduction of waste and prevention of pollution.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Facilities, Building Management).

• Entry Level/ No Experience are welcomed
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
• Friendly, positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 3,300 + Transport Allowance + AWS +VB
• Working Location: Jurong East

Hitachis Salary Benchmark (1 year of experience will add $100, with adjusted accordingly for each subsequent year of experience. E.g 3 years exp = add $300 more):
Technician- Up to 2.5k + OT Allowance + Transport Allowance+ AWS+VB
Higher NITEC : $2000 Basic salary + $60-80 Transport Allowance= S$2080 + AWS+VB
Fresh graduation Diploma: $2700 Basic salary + $60-80 Transport Allowance= S$2780 + AWS+VB
Fresh graduation Degree: $3300 Basic salary + $60-80 Transport Allowance= S$3380 + AWS+VB
