Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Assist in coordinating and managing day-to-day logistics operations.

\xc2\xb7 Handle order processing tasks, including order entry, tracking, and ensuring accurate documentation for shipments.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and collaborating with the warehouse team to optimize storage space.

\xc2\xb7 Contribute to planning and optimizing delivery routes, considering factors like traffic, fuel efficiency, and delivery timelines.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on shipments, address queries, and resolve issues promptly, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents, invoices, and other necessary paperwork. Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.

\xc2\xb7 Proactively identify potential issues in logistics operations and work collaboratively with the team to find solutions, ensuring smooth workflow.

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and transporters to negotiate rates, track deliveries, and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.

\xc2\xb7 Utilize data analysis tools and software to evaluate logistics performance metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements for operational efficiency.

\xc2\xb7 Implement and oversee quality control measures to guarantee that goods are handled, packed, and shipped correctly, meeting industry standards and client expectations.

Requirements

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management. Other disciplines with experience in logistics operations management

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in MS Office

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently

\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Willing to work on a 12 hrs shift
