Ensuring the business operates within the company's mission statement Design and build our operations infrastructure Design and implement operations workflow processes and improvements Ensure order processing and execution is done seamlessly Ensure effective planning and execution of operations Analyze statistics Provide development and improvement in the short term and long term operations performed Cost and defects tracking Involvement in day-to-day operations Manage a team of operational staff from dispatch to warehouse

5-10 years' experience in operation management in F&B/Retail/E-commerce/FMCG environment Good knowledge of different business function Comfortable in a fast-paced and rapid-growth environment Excellent communication and problem solving skills Long term strategic mind-set Collaborative and result oriented team leader Proactive and highly organised * Good stakeholder management skills
