Responsible for ensuring service and operational excellence, through effective systems and training
Checking progress claim in timely manner including payment records;
Checking payment certificates for all sub-contractors including site valuations with supervisors;
Perform risk and value management and cost control
Monitor and oversee the planning of each project's weekly to ensure staffing is at optimal level and within the budget
Liaise with main contractors, sub-contractors, clients, project team, in-house factories etc
Attendance to project & site meeting
Liaises with HR regarding incentives, transfers and disciplinary action
Requirements:
1. “O”Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Degree or Advanced Diploma in Construction Management;
2. 2 to 5 years working experience
3. Responsible, hardworking and meticulous
4. Positive attitude is preferred
