Job Description
Position objective and summary
- To assist the Operations Manager in operations of the waste treatment plant
- Assist in plant operations
- Managing the day-to-day operations to ensure the operations
- Training all facilities operations staff
- Oversee, discuss, and run day to day operations
- Held responsible for overall operations performance
- Create and manage operations budget
- Oversee all business unit field operations
- Ensure safety of personnel and equipment during operations
- Prepare SOP (Standard Operations Procedure)
- Prepare operations check list and record forms
- Prepare operations reports and minutes of operations meetings
- Monitor and analyse plant performance and make recommendations
- Monitor and report projects schedule and progress
- Liaise with contractors
- Education: Degree of Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
- Experience: At least 5 years supervisory experience in similar industry
- Knowledge in process automation will be advantageous
- Knowledge in SCADA will be advantageous
- Language: English and Chinese (written and oral)
- Computer: MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint, AutoCad
