Lead, manage, mentor and motivate a team size of at least 4 team members, both level 1 and level 2
Manage/track of IT assets
Manage preventive maintenance program
Coordinate and manage maintenance schedules, change request, service request and repairs
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance to security and safety standards
Monitor and maintain Service Level Agreement
Manage budget and cost control
Vendor management:
Collaborate with external service providers and contractors when required
Negotiate contracts and manage vendors relationship
Develop and deliver the various maintenance and respective documentation such as incident report, Maintenance reports etc required for the purpose of O&M
Maintain documentation and records to support compliance efforts
Be the point of contact to customer and manage customer\'s expectations
Requirements
Degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline
At least 3 to 4 years of experience in the role with strong knowledge of maintenance best practices.
Understood and practice ITIL framework
Good team player and excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
