Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling daily warehouse operations.
- Enforce process compliance and ensure operations meet and achieve customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectations and KPIs.
- Responsible for define requirements for operation and ensures the implementation of new strategies, technologies and initiatives to drive overall performance.
- Liaise with customers on commercial, operational scope of work and contract renewals.
- Inventory control, maintain warehouse standards
- Plan and provide on-the-job training to individual staff to improve work performance and productivity.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in logistics and supply chain management
- Experience in leading or supervisory role
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control management, customer liaison management
- Able to provide an idea to improve warehouse operations
