Key Responsibilities:
Plan daily schedules and deploy manpower effectively
Coordinate closely with Customer Service and oversee the smooth operation of funeral parlours
Ensure professional service delivery and uphold company standards
Requirements:
Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or other customer-facing sectors is an advantage
Strong leadership skills and able to work independently
Reliable, calm under pressure, and able to manage sensitive situations with professionalism
