Job Description
JOB DECSRIPTION:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for overall loan operation management and supervision of loan business.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, achieve lower bad debts rates, meet collection targets, and operate in compliance with local legal collection laws.
- Participate in reviewing and recommending app operating systems and programs.
- Use collection talent assessment tool to assessment and select talented collector with excellent collection ability.
- Long term localized operation of customized company long run operation strategy.
- Coordinate with the various government departments in local and other public relations tasks.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English both oral and written.
- Graduate of any business course.
- With at least 3 years experience in a lending / Fintech industry.
- Willing to assign in Makati.
- Willing to start immediately.
