Job Summary:

• Company background: Singapore based plastic manufacturer
• Working location: North Singapore
• Working days & hrs: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30AM - 6PM)
• Salary range: up to SGD 5000 (dep on exp)

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the manager and other administrative tasks
• Be the key contact person to customer, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, production regarding purchases, procedures, product specifications, manufacturing capabilities, and project status.
• Financial matters, planning and making long term strategies for the growth and progress of the company
• Assisting the Manager with operational issues.
• Manages, trains and increases the efficiency of the systems of support such as the human resource working for the organization, IT department, etc.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
• Any other duties and assignment from the manager as required
