As Assistant Operations Manager, you will manage a team of clinical staff, to ensure efficient operations, excellent customer service, successful regulatory compliance, continuous performance improvement, and effective fiscal management.
Responsibilities:
Supervising staff and ensuring that they are performing their duties efficiently.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Clinic.
Ensure safe and efficient patient flow.
Lead or participate in programs aimed to improve process and workflow.
Working with other teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the organisation.
Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize workflows, enhance patient care processes and service quality
Prepare and review policies, procedures and work instructions for clinical processes to facilitate patient safety and quality care.
Requirements:
Degree in scientific discipline or health care preferred.
Able to multi-task and work under a stressful environment.
Good leadership skills.
Computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Office.
Written and verbal communication skills including good command of English.
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
