Job Description

Provide support to the Operations Manager in day to day running the organisation Develop work rules and guidelines for all production employees Serve as a guide to new employee for company rules and to ensure the result of their various tasks meet company standard. Identify what is required for Supervisors and Production workers to carry out their duties Plan production schedules and ensure on-time delivery to customers. Analyse material flow and utilize production techniques to manage the planning of production schedules. Ensure hygiene standard, SOPs are met in the production area. Identify any unsafe conditions and unsafe work practice in the production site. Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risks. Work together with top Management concerning work/operational issues and other activities General Administrative tasks. Other ad-hoc duties as designed.Requirements Minimum Diploma in business or any management related field with 5 years' work experience in food industry preferred. Required Language(s): English and Mandarin (Required to co-ordinate with Chinese speaking associates) Must have good interpersonal skills Team player with strong work ethics, initiative, and ability to multi-task under tight deadlines Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
