Job Summary:

• Company background: European MNC freight forwarding field
• Working location: East
• Working days & hrs: 5 days ; Monday to Friday ; 8.30am - 6.15pm
• Salary range: up to SGD 5500 (dep on exp) + AWS + Variable Bonus

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible to handle special project and defence logistics and oversee the entire operation of 50 staffs
• Handle the shipping documents for both import and export and keep track the shipment using Tradenet
• Manage contractor performance including sourcing for new emerging capable contractor.
• Support to Business Development operations requirements.
• Conduct periodic review on key suppliers\' performance standards and manage contractor performance as well as sourcing new emerging contractor
• Relevant study or certification in Transport Logistics.
• Familiar with customs clearance and excise, good understanding of carriers and contractors and shipping procedures
• Preferably warehouse operation experiences and freight forwarding background.
