Responsibilities:
Ensure outlet operations is carried out and maintained to the highest standards. Training outlet staff on company policies and service standards. Work hand-in-hand with top management staff concerning work/operational issues and other activities Prepare weekly and monthly sales and product reports Manage and motivate and appraise outlet staff. Monthly stock takes and cost analysis * Keep outlet environment safe & clean
