KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interact with overseas counterparts and/or external vendors regionally to verify and analyze payroll data and investigate any discrepancies issues within window period of pay cycle.
- Apply country specific payroll knowledge to ensure legal compliance as well as compliance with internal HR policies.
- Support annual, bi-annual wage increases and salary surveys.
- Provide monthly payroll analysis reports.
- Support automation initiatives with a view to streamline and improve process efficiencies.
- Participate in regional meetings (in person or virtual) as and when required.
- Relevant experiences
- At least Diploma in any field
- Must be willing to travel within APAC occasionally
