Lead and manage a team of System and network engineers to perform daily O&S.
Administer and ensure standardization of all system (including network & security) integration and ensure delivery line for different application.
Perform integration of solutions and communicate with all third party entities.
Prepare customer test plans and strategies of conducting procedures
Perform troubleshoot on network integration processes and resolve complicated configuration issues.
Perform Windows patches, WSUS, AD/DC configuration and setup.
Provide backup to other teams and analyze problems.
Able to perform OS/server/firewall/switches patch management
Able to implement approved patches/releases deployment accordingly to Change Request
Able to maintain network and system security included cybersecurity advisories
Able to perform scheduled maintenance for Windows or Linux OS, servers, workstations, switches, routers, networks appliances in UAT, DR and Production Environment
Able to diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software related issue
Train various group members and provide technical expertise in working.
Prepare report submitting for different customers and companies.
Determine retrieval of ownership manipulating issues to ensure closure of reports at different levels.
Process oriented.
Strong team player and ability to lead technical team.
Able to explain the technical aspect and propose solutions to client.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in IT field, with background in System & Network maintenance and support
Computer or IT related Degree/Diploma
Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting switched and routed networks
Knowledge of basic Linux commands will be preferred
Good team leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Technical Knowledge and Experience on the following:
Windows Server 2019 and above
Windows 10 and above
Windows AD, user administration, management of GPO policies
Windows CA and SSL certificates renewal
Windows WSUS offline, WSUS manual catalogue import for windows security patch management
Symantec EndPoint Protection (SEP), SEPM and Symantec LiveUpdate Administrator (LUA)
Network knowledge and concepts such as network subnetting, network routing (static routing, dynamic routing such as OSPF), NAT, firewall policies, network traffic, site-to-site VPN tunnels
Concepts of SSL certificates such as certificate, keys and cryptographic ciphers
Manage antivirus definition and security patches, OS, software and firmware upgrades in the system
Manage SSL certificate renewal of all certificates used in the system
Manage and troubleshoot system issues including working with OEM supports to determine cause of issue and rectification plan
Manage monthly system preventive management checks and reporting
