The candidate will be the technical lead for the Network team. This includes resources assignment, prioritization of workload, professional development and be the technical escalation for the team.
Create a positive team environment and coordinate work effort of each team member in a cohesive fashion
Responsible for periodically organizing and driving the evaluation of the architecture and the plan for future enhancements of the network environment.
Responsible for taking a lead role in overseeing active projects including but not limited to developing plans and schedules, interfacing with vendors, training personnel, the acquisition of hardware/software and team management.
Design appropriate training programs and technical workshops for Network team
Conduct major IT infrastructure vulnerability assessment, system updates, upgrades, OS hardening and migrations.
Create and update detailed solution design, installation and maintenance documents.
Develop test cases and conduct proof of concept tests on new software and hardware prior to upgrade/deployment.
Establish and lead in TAC cases with principal vendor for complex problem till resolved.
Participate in tender project management and maintenance costing & quotation.
Participate in project technical handover from pre-sales to the operation/delivery teams

Possesses technical skills in networking domain and preferably in enterprise solutions
Possess strong analytical skills with positive attitude
Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in SI environment
